Shameless Other People Promotion!

Yes, yes, I know–it’s been a while since I’ve blogged.  I blame Jason and Scott; they keep giving me story ideas.  Which is all well and good, but I’m also working on a novel, here, in my oh-so-copious spare time.

But that, my friends, is not the point of this post.  No, the point of this post is that someone I know wrote stuff, and you can go buy and read it!

Three Stories, by Karen Sorenson, is an ebook compilation of three stories, and you know what?  Let me give you the “jacket” copy …

Three interconnected short stories about family, love, and the slow process of moving on. In “Equation,” a middle-aged man faces his father’s mortality with the help of his ex-wife. In “Deleted Scenes,” an aspiring actor finds new dreams and new connections. And in “Old Injuries,” a runner learns that sometimes the best cure is the truth.

These are three excellent stories; I especially love “Equation,” which hits my “complicated marriages” narrative kink.  Highly recommend, just $2.99.

(Currently just on Amazon; word on the street is it’ll go up on Smashwords at some point.)

Published by Laura E. Price

I read (you can check out my Goodreads if you want; it's linked on my blog). I write (I’ve been published in Cicada, On Spec, Strange Horizons, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Betwixt, Metaphorosis, Gallery of Curiosities, The Cassandra Project; the stuff that’s available online is linked on my blog). I plan for the inevitable zombie apocalypse and welcome the coming of the gorilla revolution. Or the anarchist rabbits. Whichever happens first. (I also blame my husband for basically everything.)
